General terms and conditions

 PricesThe prices are per person per package, based on a double room occupied by two people, including service and VAT.

 Taxes/surchargesMunicipal taxes of € 3.00 pppdChildren aged 6 and over also pay tourist tax.

 ArrangementsArrangement prices are always based on half board with the specific extension of the relevant arrangement. The prices are always per arrangement per person.

 ReservationsWe cannot guarantee you a specific room number, but we will do everything we can to reserve the room number you requested.

 PetsDogs are allowed after consultation, and under conditions.We ask a fee of € 30.- per day, without care. Dogs are allowed in rooms / suites with parquet floors.Pets are not allowed in the restaurant.

 Rooms availableThe hotel rooms and suites are available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the room before 11:00 AM. If you wish to deviate from this, please discuss this with one of the reception staff.

 Payment methodsYou can pay with us using: cash, debit card, bank contact (B), Visa, Master and Maestro card. You can also transfer the money in advance by bank: For the Netherlands to account number 65.46.61.111 IBAN NL84INGB0654661111 / BIC INGBNL2A ING Roermond.
