Our Restaurant PURE

Our chef knows how to delight all your senses. He provides a surprising culinary adventure time and time again. In addition to the changing seasonal menu with classic and contemporary dishes, he also composes delicious menus for you. Our sommelier helps you choose the most delicious wines to accompany your meal.

The basis of the dishes are pure ingredients that are purchased as much as possible from our suppliers in the region. Six days a week our fish supplier comes to Slenaken to deliver delicious fresh fish. The kitchen team works with a lot of passion, energy and creativity to present the tastiest and most beautiful dishes to you.

Lunch

From Monday to Sunday afternoon we serve a changing 3-course lunch menu. We serve the menu for € 42.50 per person, per table.

Reception between 12:15 and 13:30.

Diner

Every evening, 7 days a week, we serve our changing 4-course menu PUUR.

We serve the menu for €52.50 per person per table.

Or our beautiful Gastronomic 6-course menu Du Chef € 115, - per person. We serve the menu from 4 courses € 85, - per person per table.

Reception between 6:00 PM and 7:30 PM.

For allergies or dietary requirements that are not indicated in advance when booking, we charge a supplement of €15 per course.

Dogs are not allowed in our restaurants.
