Wellness Conditions
Booking treatmentsWe advise you to book treatments and packages before your day of arrival to avoid disappointment.
We would be happy to create a suitable pampering package for you.
Your health is important to us. In order to optimally determine your spa treatments for you, we ask you to inform us of any health complaints when making your reservation.
We have special pampering packages for expectant mothers.
Take time for yourselfTo enjoy your full treatment time, we ask that you report to the Spa reception 10 minutes before your appointed time.
If you are late, the time missed will be deducted from your treatment.
CancellationCancellation up to 12 hours before the treatment is free of charge. In case of later cancellation we charge 80% of the treatment price.
ClothingTo protect your privacy, we ask you to wear a bathrobe throughout the hotel. Swimwear and bathrobes are not permitted in the entrance/lobby. We ask you to wear sportswear and sneakers in the Fitness Room.
Vitamin bar & lunchBetween 07:00 and 19:30 you can help yourself at the Vitamin bar at the Beauty reception with fruit, tea and water. Would you like something small to eat,
We then ask you to take a seat in our bistro or at the back on our beautiful panoramic terrace.
Reserving sun loungers
If you want to take a break from your relaxation for a vital lunch or for a treatment, we ask you not to reserve any loungers during that time.
Children & Wellness
The Spa & Wellness areas are spaces for rest. Therefore, we ask for your understanding that access to the Spa & Wellness for children under 16 years of age is only permitted under the supervision of adults. For children and teenagers, we have put together special treatments.
Children without a swimming certificate are not allowed in the swimming pool without their parents.
Swimming pool & Sauna
We ask you to wear swimwear and bathing shoes at the pool. In the sauna area we ask you not to wear swimwear for hygienic reasons.
TowelsIn your room we have a basket ready for you with towels, bathrobe and slippers for use in the Wellness & Spa.
Please deposit any towels you no longer wish to use in the baskets in the Wellness & Spa at the end of the day.
